My name is Madeleine Soich. Iām a creative individual skilled within object-making and project management, believing strong cross-team communication is key.
I attained my BFA in Metals in 2015. In this program, I learned the ins and outs of object-making, problem-solving, and time management while engineering pieces, including hinges, mechanisms, and hollowforms.
After graduating, I entered the jewelry industry, first working within Production before transitioning into Design where I became a project manager, lead within R&D, Value Stream Mapping, and Product Lifecycle Management, strengthening my cross-team communication and collaboration along the way.
On my days off, you can find me hiking with my dog, reading, and making sculpture.
